Cedar Crossing Counseling seeks to respect and protect the privacy of our visitors and clients. CCC only gathers personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, e-mail addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by a visitor. For example, personally identifiable information may be collected from the contact form submitted by the visitor. All data collected will provide the necessary information to respond to inquiries in a timely manner, as well as help with spam detection. The contact/email threads will also be stored to retain a history of communications to respond to specific inquiries. All contact forms include a required checkbox to accept our privacy policy prior to submission. A Honey Pot Spam Check and Recaptcha features are also part of the forms to ensure spam protection.

Cedar Crossing Counseling complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements.
